When we are not eating for health first, we often cause inflammation and don't even know it. Most women have no idea that they are dealing with inflammation.


Symptoms include everything from pain to fatigue and brain fog. I have learned after years of working with women, that if your body doesn't feel right inflammation is happening. And if you are gaining weight, you have inflammation somewhere.


Ways to Reduce Inflammation:


  • Anti-Inflammatory Diet: Focus on foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids (like salmon and flaxseeds), and antioxidants (like berries and leafy greens), and avoid inflammatory foods like sugar and refined carbs. An anti-inflammatory diet is more about what you leave out than what you put in. Learning what foods your body is reacting to in a negative way is very important if you want to burn fat and be healthy.
  • Stress Management: Practice stress-relieving techniques such as yoga, meditation, or deep breathing exercises to reduce stress-related inflammation.
  • Get Enough Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night to help your body recover and reduce inflammation.
